Low Fat Pesto

Ingredients

2 cups fresh basil, chopped
1 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
Juice of half a lemon (more if needed)
water as needed

Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor.

Pulse until minced

With machine running, add water and/or more lemon juice to desired consistency and flavor.
