Porter

About

A dark ale brewed with pale malts and the addition of a darker malt, originally created in England as a combination of three different popular beer styles. Baltic porters are stronger versions of English porters, though they were made in Britain to be shipped across the Baltic. American porters are somewhat more extreme, with some versions incorporating smoked malts, extra hops, or added flavorings, like chocolate or coffee.
