"How we eat can change the world" - Alice Waters
Life has a way of make us feel overwhelmed and insignificant at times. News headlines never seem to be short on stories of pollution and mounting environmental concerns. It is a daunting challenge. But Waters suggests that each of us have the ability to contribute to the solution in the simple act of eating. I love that.
