Nude Food Bloggers For Japan

A collective of 18 food bloggers from around the country is working on a book featuring themselves in various stages of undress as a way to raise money to help the victims of the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear disaster. They call themselves the "Nudie Foodies" and each plans to showcase one of their favorite recipes in the book. They will then pose (in various stages of undress) with some of the necessary ingredients to prepare their dish.

Stayed tuned for the book release. It will be made available through blurb.com. "Salty Seattle" takes the credit for the idea and writes about how it came to her after she heard about the disasters: "I asked myself, 'what would Lady Gaga do?' The answer revealed itself. Get naked. Since I don’t have the clout (or the cleavage) to carry a nudie book and calendar on my own, I enlisted the muscle of 18 supremely talented and sexy food bloggers across the globe. What started as a calendar grew into a book due to the food blogging world’s enthusiastic desire to participate."
