Prohibition may have ended in 1933, but the states have taken full advantage of the wording in the 21st amendment to control - and limit - the sale of alcohol. Frequent regulations include restricted sales hours and not permitting wineries to ship directly to consumers. But budgetary concerns and industry and consumer pressures have some states reconsidering these rules. Wine Spectator has a round-up of possible legislative changes happening in seven states this year. Is your state on it?
