Hummus is the easiest and most crowd pleasing dip around. You can bring it to a party, a picnic, or simply keep it at home for yourself. Delicious dippers include carrot sticks, endive leaves, pita bread or chips, or bell pepper. You can change the flavor of your hummus by adding in sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or artichoke hearts. If hummus hasn't already shown itself worthy of making, you can use it as a spread for sandwiches or wraps. Happy hummus making!
