The Kentucky Derby is on Saturday and it's time to dust off our hats and stock up on bourbon. In addition to the traditional Mint Julep, here are five more classic bourbon cocktails to celebrate the Derby. Boulevardier A richer cousin of the Negroni, the Boulevardier substitutes bourbon for gin.

Bourbon Sidecar Bourbon gets an orange punch from the Curaçao liqueur.
Brown Derby Tart grapefruit juice brightens the bourbon, making this surprisingly refreshing.
Manhattan Purists will want to make this with rye whiskey, but the sweetness of bourbon makes this cocktail ready for afternoon sipping.
Old Fashioned The classic, without excessive sugar and fruit so the smooth whiskey can shine.
