I recently attended a press lunch to introduce New York to a new range of Argentinian wines from the Zuccardi family. The Santa Julia wines are named after Julia Zuccardi, the granddaughter of the founder of Familia Zuccardi Winery, and she joined us from Argentina with the winery restaurant's chef, Ana Soledad Rodriguez Armisén. A highlight of the event was when Ana demonstrated how to make a traditional Argentinian chimichurri, and she was kind enough to share the recipe with us. Ana's chimichurri is delightful over grilled beef. Try it, as we did, with an Argentinian Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon. Argentinian Chimichurri Photo by: Santa Julia
