Panna cotta is an Italian dessert made with cream and gelatin. It is often served with caramel, chocolate, or berries. This dessert can be made in minutes but the gelatin needs time to set so plan ahead. You can infuse the cream mixture with herbs such as lemon verbena or mint.

Limoncello and Strawberry Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Limoncello
1/4 ounce (1 packet) Knox gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
For the glaze:
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Limoncello
1 pint fresh strawberries*
*Note: I have substituted strawberries for the original blueberries. I like the combination better.
