Jam is quick, easy and a great way to use up extra produce that you may be getting in your CSA order each week. Rhubarb is an early treat, that usually comes in long stalks, up to two and a half feet long! What better way to eat rhubarb, than to make a simple jam from it. If you don't want to use a hot water bath to seal the jars, just place on the lids and freeze. Enjoy!
I have been making this jam for years. It gets eaten by the pint at our house.
