Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri announced their latest television venture, Guy vs. Rachel's Celebrity Smackdown, on today's episode of the Rachael Ray show. The polarizing-yet-popular Food Network chefs will square off in what Ray calls "the cooking equivalent of Dancing with the Stars -- a culinary battle in which Ray and Fieri will each get a team of five celebrities with varying levels of expertise.
