Don't want to remember last night's bender? Just eat the receipt! At least you can if it is printed on gin paper. The Daily reports that Ryan Moore, the executive sous chef at Rogue 24 in Washington, D.C. came up with the edible paper as a "happy mistake" while trying to make foams with Gina Chersevani of LTO in Manhattan. The paper is foldable and can be written on. The pair is now playing with more alcohol papers and will try to make entire paper-based cocktails.
