Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Okay, now times 25,000. That's the Mac-attack milestone Dan Gorske of Fond du Lac, Wis. is set to achieve on Tuesday. Twenty-five thousand Big Macs over 39 years.
Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. local time will be 39 years to the hour that Gorske first tasted the Big Mac. He's been coming back ever since.
In an added twist of strange, Gorske has weak taste buds, so he can't even taste the Big Macs. So it's not like he loves the taste, he just made the decision to eat tons of burgers. And not just any burgers, Big Macs.
