Today kicks off the 10th Annual Cooking for Solutions event in Monterey, Ca. Hosted by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cooking for Solutions brings together over 70 chefs and 60 wineries to entertain and educate the public about sustainable foods. From the site:

Chef Nathan Lyon offers recipes straight from the farm to your plate, and enjoy an intimate exchange with Organic food Goddesses, Myra Goodman, Marie Rodale and Kristine Kidd, as they discuss their newest books on their organic food journeys.
