Have a habit of making too much rice? Tired of turning it into the same old stir fry dishes? Try making cheesy herby rice cakes! I made these with leftover sticky brown rice (available at Asian markets), Parmesan cheese, and dried tarragon. Use a little egg and breadcrumbs to help bind the rice together and season with your favorite cheese and herb blend. Doesn't get any easier than that.
