Update: Unfortunately, the restaurant seems to have taken down the video. You can still see a copy of it on Eater, which posted a different version of it.
So there's a restaurant in New York City's West Village called The Place. A short 3-minute faux-documentary was created as an advertisement for the restaurant. It features interviews with the owner, the bartender and a very satisfied couple. Some of the money quotes:
"That arugula salad reminded me of when we were in Argentina."
"We were looking for special, but we got magical."
"He would have licked the plate." "I did while you were in the bathroom."
