This Star Wars food truck is called the Grillenium Falcon, and it's a mobile grilled cheese restaurant in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Chad and Alison Hammontree of Hammontree's Grilled Cheese -- a restaurant that offers 15 varieties of grilled cheese, including 26 cheese options, six vegetables, seven sauces and spreads, and eight types of meat -- are the owners and operators of the Grillenium Falcon.
The Grillenium Falcon will offer four of the most popular Hammontree's Grilled Cheese sandwiches, two new sandwiches, salads and homemade soup, according to the Fayetteville Flyer. The Star Wars food truck officially opened for business on Sunday, May 22.
