Whenever you combine the words Food, with Bug, in one sentence, you know it is going to be interesting.
When you want to know it straight from the source, ask the USDA. Well, read the tweets, anyways.
Of course, there is a seriousness to the Barf blog. You do want to follow. Isn't it fun just to say Barf blog?
