As the temperature rises, so do the visions of ice cold lemonade, but this summer cooler can often be loaded with sugar. So, if you are watching your blood sugar, waistline, or just limiting the sweet stuff, this lemonade will be a welcome treat on a hot day.
6 Cups filtered Water
4-6 Meyer lemons, juiced
5-8 Drops liquid stevia
Fresh mint leaves, to taste
Directions: Put all ingredients in large pitcher. Stir well. Start off with 5 drops of stevia and increase to your desired sweetness.
Enjoy!
