As a foodie and a nutritionist, I like to savor the flavor and slowly eat and digest my meals. This flies in the face of an American tradition, eating contests. In this version, the participants have three minutes to eat as much watermelon as possible. It's at least a slightly healthier choice than gorging on pies, hot dogs, or pizzas. Of course eating too much of anything is not recommended from a nutrition perspective.
