Fried Mac n' Cheese

June 1, 2011

Macaroni and Cheese is delicious on its own but wrap it up in bread crumbs and put it in the fryer, and you have reached a whole new level of deliciousness.  I first tried these this weekend at KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers in Las Vegas and they were amazing.  These cheesy balls make for great party food and are a good way to use mac n' cheese leftovers. This is not a treat for everyday but worth the splurge every once in awhile.
