With mounting anxiety over a lethal e coli outbreak that has already claimed 18 lives across Europe, doctors today said three Americans have been infected with what appears to be the same e coli outbreak after traveling to Germany, according to AFP. German health authorities still haven't figured out the cause of the outbreak, but have warned against raw vegetables and salads.
