We often think of pizza as something that can only be done in the oven. The grill is a great way to make your pizza outside this summer. The coals impart a smoky flavor reminiscent of the wood burning ovens of old. Also, you get those beautiful grill marks across the dough. You can top the pizza with anything. I like caramelized onions, Gorgonzola cheese, and arugula.
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
¾ cup cool water
1 pack dry yeast (.25 ounce)
¼ cup warm water
