Do you have a go-to condiment? My husband's is ketchup. It has taken years of training, err discussion, to have him take a single bite before slathering it with something that has no place on the plate. With obstacles like these, it is a wonder that I even put spatula to pan.
Having complained about that, my go-to topping is this Sesame Soy blend. It pairs marvolously well with my Lentil Daal. Use with rice, any cooked bean, as a marinade, top a potato. You get it.
