Strawberries are popping up everywhere, and the brief surplus is a great excuse to preserve some as liqueur. A little bit of effort and patience will let you create a fresh strawberry liqueur that is vastly superior to store-bought versions.
The liqueur is a great addition to cocktails or a sparkling wine, and is fun as an adult ice cream topping.
