The Steam Roaster by Compeixalaigua Design Studio for Lekue is a multifunctional silicone bowl that transforms from a mixing bowl to a functional steamer in a snap. The flexible prep bowl folds together neatly for cooking or steaming; a cutout slit on one side secures the loop on the other snugly.
The Steam Roaster enables time-crunched cooks to prepare, cook and serve a dish from the same bowl. It's especially appropriate for bread, fish and vegetables.
