Hungry people in Sweden have a fun new way to earn some free McDonald's food: playing pong on a large, interactive, public game on a big screen using their smartphones. If players survive 30 seconds of action, they have their selection of a free coffee or McFlurry or similar treat at a nearby restaurant. The screen is in a large public square. Users log into a website, their smartphone verifies their location and invites them to play.
