
Cocktails made with sherry have been picking up steam in the food and wine scene. Sherry is a fortified wine from Spain that can be made in a variety of different flavor profiles, from crisp and salty Fino to rich, sweet and raisinated Pedro Jimenez. Sherry cocktails take advantage of these intense flavors as well as the lower levels of alcohol to make fascinating drinks.
