Would you buy an Angry Birds cookbook? Peter Vesterbacka, the head of business development and marketing at Angry Birds' parent company Rovio, is betting yes. At London's Open Mobile Summit in London on Wednesday, Vesterbacka announced that Rovio would self-publish a family-oriented cookbook chock-full of egg recipes.
The Angry Birds cookbook will be the latest addition to the franchise, which already includes shirts, iPhone and iPod Touch covers, plush pillows and backpacks. It'll be available in a traditional bound form and a digital app.
Do you think the Angry Birds cookbook will be successful? What other apps or video games would you like to see come out with a branded cookbook?
