When all else fails, make it into a casserole. It is hard for me to admit, but when a dish fails to tighten up, stand on it's own or look very nice on the plate, I make it into a casserole. There is something very free about acting like I meant to do that. Don't tell the fam.
This Chili Rellenos Casserole is done in a casserole style, making it a no brainer for me-who can't seem to make actual Chili Rellenos properly. I would double it to feed my crew.
