I remember cooking shows when they were sprinkled all over the PBS channel. This was back in the day - 3 channels and that is all anyone had.
So, I was watching Mary Ann Esposito and she showed me how to make noodles. No bells and whistles, no fancy music or self proclaimed Network Star status. She simply cooked food that I recognized, in a manner that made me want to try doing it myself. Every single time I make noodles, I think of her. Thanks, Mary Ann.
Learn to make noodles. They are incredibly easy to make, but need an hour to rest the dough before cutting.
