These homemade granola bars have everything you could want in a snack food. There is chocolate, coconut, nuts, seeds, and dried cherries. As a bonus, you do not need to worry about chemical additives and preservatives because you made them yourself. Eat one of these for breakfast and your morning will be off to a great start.
Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup peanut butter
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup coconut
½ cup sunflower nuts
½ cup dried cherries
⅓ cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup chocolate chips
