These sushi cupcakes look like a set of rolls and nigiri you'd find at your local Japanese restaurant, but they're actually sweet treats that are 100 percent vegan. Instructables user Renee Zamora created this sushi-style array of desserts, which includes miniature coconut cupcakes, "wasabi" frosting and dark chocolate "soy sauce."
Renee Zamora even offers substitutes for those who want to make their sushi cupcakes using dairy or with almond milk instead of soy milk. The toppings on each treat range from shredded coconut to chocolate and fresh seasonal fruit.
