Chef Wylie Dufresne of WD-50 is one of the vanguards in molecular gastronomy here in the U.S., and in this OCTV food segment, he shared some of his secrets for making the perfect scrambled eggs. The video takes place in the WD-50 kitchen, where Dufresne prepares a six-egg scramble with cheese, chives and crumbled lavash bread alongside host Carol Lim.
Clothing brand Opening Ceremony is behind the OCTV series; thus far, the series has focused on food and fashion. In the first OCTV episode, chef David Chang led a demonstration on how to shuck an oyster. See Wylie Dufresne's scrambled egg secrets below:
