I must be in the mood for cake this week, which got me thinking about the easiest cakes I have in my recipe box. When asking my 4 year old what his favorite cake was, he said it was banana cake. So, behold: my banana cake recipe.
This Banana Cake is great for a light pantry, since it uses overripe bananas, no eggs and no milk. It is so easy to make , you may find yourself allowing some bananas to become too ripe for eating fresh. Stir it up in one pan, and enjoy!
