I have really been getting into cheese making.  Nothing too complicated, I mostly stick to the fresh cheeses.  I enjoy my homemade ricotta the most.  It is so versatile and can be used for sweet and savory dishes.  To learn how to make your own ricotta, please refer to my previous post.  Here are some of the different ways I use my ricotta.
