Ready in 15 minutes, this recipe is super simple, clean and absolutely delicious! Not to mention gluten free, dairy free (just saute the veggies in olive or coconut oil!) and perfect for a quick week night meal!
Easy Chicken Breast, Corn & Pepper Saute
Serves 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon butter
Corn kernels from 2 ears of corn
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
