How Ashley Hebert of "The Bachelorette" Lost 10 Pounds

In a new interview with Life & Style, readers learn that Ashley Hebert of The Bachelorette lost 10 pounds -- a significant amount of weight on her 5-foot-2-inch frame -- by varying her workouts and eating a clean, healthy diet. Hebert gained weight after her departure from The Bachelor earlier this year, admitting that the emotional stress caused her to eat "everything in sight."

To shed that weight, Hebert taught jazz and hip-hop dance classes and took Bodypump classes, which blend aerobic exercises and weight training. "I don't drink as much, and I don't eat as many desserts as last time. Now it's fruits, vegetables, salads and chicken -- staying healthy."

Ashley Hebert's healthier approach has paid off. In her Life & Style interview, she gushed, "It's a new, enlightened me. I'm happy. I'm in such a great place right now!" The radiant photo above, captured by Caroline Greyshock, shows how far the reality star has come emotionally.
