I love making food that surprises the family when they take that first bite. This recipe for Chicken and Broccoli Crepes is like that. When I first started making crepes, we ate them with sour cream and just about every other sweet thing you can imagine. Now, we have expanded our palates to include savory crepe dishes as well.
Luckily, my kids don't realize that they eat things that are not considered cool, like broccoli. This recipe combination is great. Enjoy!
