Thanks to the Cooking Channel, I have a list of hip new treats that I am going to be experimenting with. The first one is Cake Pops! Yes, I have fallen for these bite sized, balls of yum. Today, I made my own version and they came out SO great!
Check out my recipe for Quick and Easy Cake Pops. I can make them much more homemade, but why? Right now, they go together in a snap, and with barely any measuring, you can have multiple helpers in the kitchen, and still get it done.
If you are a cake pop aficionado, I am apologizing right now. These were made without a recipe, and I completely threw my idea into a bowl with fingers crossed. Enjoy!
