Around the World in 5 Burgers

For a unique 4th of July grilling experience you can take your guests on a trip around the world with these five exotic recipes. To make your feast healthier and more sustainable, use grass-fed local beef whenever possible.

Asian
Tamari, sesame, garlic, and ginger give these burgers a distinctive Asian flare.

Mexican
Spice things up with these taco inspired patties.

French  
Ooo la la, the French aren't known for their burgers, but the addition of Dijon mustard and white wine make these oh-so-irresistible

Italian
Mama Mia! Who needs ketchup, when spaghetti sauce is built into the burger. Use gluten free breadcrumbs, if you are celiac or intolerant.

Greek   
For something a little different, try these lamb burgers with an array of Greek flavors. To make them gluten free and even more nourishing, serve with veggies and sweet potatoes rather than with pita bread.
