Blueberry season is here. There are several farms around the country inviting citizens to visit and pick their own berries. After you are burnt out on blueberry desserts, try making some blueberry preserves. These are great on English muffins, pancakes, or on cheesecake.
Ingredients:
3 pounds blueberries
1 1/2 pounds sugar
Juice of one lemon
Pinch of salt
