Anthony Bourdain revealed "The Layover" to the followers of his Tumblr blog Wednesday; the new Travel Channel show will see the "No Reservations" host explore a city while he's waiting for his flight to head elsewhere. Bourdain wrote of the show's nexus, "The crew and I got drunk one night and said, 'Hey, let's make Samantha Brown's show! Only... different... and good!'"
Anthony Bourdain acknowledged that many of the culinary experiences on "No Reservations" are inaccessible to most viewers, and "The Layover" plans to change that. "Unlike No Rez, you will actually be able to do the stuff covered on the show," he continued. "And unlike other shows of the genre, you might actually want to."
Will you tune in to watch "The Layover" when it debuts?

I hope he comes back to South Boston. I would like to hand him a good ass kicking. I just think he is overdue for one, and it will do him good.

AS much as I enjoyed "No Rez," I stopped watching a season or two ago as he started to revisit some of the same places with the same formula. I look forward to seeing something new from Tony!
