I am beside myself with excitement at the thought of these festive Tricolored Popsicles. Not only are they not bad for you, but they are especially good for you. In addition to cooling yourself down on the 4th, you will receive a blast of beneficial bacteria and enzymes via the kefir. This treat is also packed with antioxidants thanks to the colorful seasonal berries.

I love kefir, never had it frozen. I remember when I was a kid in NY, it was illegal to sell kefir under that name because there was a traditional version that contained alcohol. One creative company sold it at 'Rifek', to this day I still think of Rifek whenever I have kefir.

I've heard lots of great things about Kefir's nutritional benefits. I'll have to give these a try!
