Have you ever had the sort of moment when you realize that something needs to be added to the meal? I had this happen tonight, while making our cookout food for 4th of July dinner.
This grilled plum with honey balsamic glaze is a result of thinking on the fly, and combining things I had in the refrigerator at that moment. Feel free to experiment with other fruits and flavors. The point is, just have fun and make yummy food!
