Last month, I covered the first ad in the "Summer Time is Pepsi Time" campaign, and Pepsi has continued its reappropriation of characters used in Coca-Cola commercials with its latest "Uncle Teddy" ad.
Like the Santa Claus Pepsi commercial, the Uncle Teddy ad uses Montell Jordan's "This is How We Do It" as its soundtrack; this time, however, the commercial takes place in the Arctic and features another set of North Pole characters: the family of polar bears from the iconic wintertime Coke commercials. Uncle Teddy drives up in a yacht, ushering the bears away to warmer locales with Pepsi. Check out the ad below:
