Thai rice paper wrap rolls are a staple at any Thai restaurant. They are delicious in their simplicity. A bunch of veggies and/or meat dipped in sauce.
Now, you can make these tasty rolls at home. This version is made with chicken, but if you're vegetarian, you can use tempeh instead. To make them gluten free, use wheat free tamari instead of soy sauce. Since there are already plenty of carbs from the rice paper, I would omit the sticky rice and add more veggies.
