Eggless baking is nothing short of a challenge - especially if you want to avoid artificial egg replacers. Eggs are the essential "glue" in all of our favorite pastries - from marzipan to meringue, cookies and cakes, baking just doesn't seem like baking without flour, eggs and sugar. All that aside, eggless and vegan baking just requires a little creativity and an equal amount of patience to achieve spectacular results that everyone can enjoy.
