This Bon Appetit Threadcakes entry by Rebecca McDowell is a zombie-themed cake inspired by the Threadless T-shirt design of the same name. The vanilla sponge cake is topped with butter icing, fondant, marzipan and a bit of gum paste.
The Bon Appetit Threadcakes entry is one of hundreds in the 2011 Threadcakes competition. The crowdsourced contest invites bakers to create fully edible cakes inspired by existing designs on Threadless.com.
