We've got two reasons to indulge today: it's Bastille Day and National Grand Marnier Day. Here's a delicious way to celebrate!
Grand Marnier Chocolate Mousse
4 ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
¾ pound bittersweet chocolate bits
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
2 ¼ cups heavy cream, chilled
¾ cup superfine sugar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons orange rind, finely julienned
